Clients reviews about Traditional Masonry LTD

We are absolutely thrilled with our new Unistone work top. From the advice Paul gave me initially in choosing colours to the templating, delivery and fantastic fitting team everything was perfect. No issues what so ever and the finish and look of the overall work top is stunning. I visited three local kitchen work top suppliers and instantly knew Traditional Masonry was the one I felt most comfortable with. Paul and his team took the time to explain the entire process and showed me the work shop and some large slabs to get an idea of which colour (out of hundreds!) to choose. For such a seemingly complicated process they made it seamless and stress free and the workmanship and result is outstanding. ~ Mrs W

Quartz worktops and upstands fitted two weeks ago by traditional masonry. Conor was extremely helpful in the showroom with prices and options on materials and finishes, and Paul’s measurements were meticulous. The fitters were great and we couldn’t be more happy with the end result. We had to wait an extra week, but only because the first slab that was delivered wasn’t up to standard so the guys sent it back and had it replaced. Happy to recommend! ~ Jane C

Thanks to the Traditional Masonry team. They provided sound advice, which steered our choice of product in the right direction. Attentive when answering queries before the fitting took place. Quick and efficient fitting process, patient and not pushy in any way. Far better value than buying from the mainstream kitchen suppliers. We'd recommend them to anyone. Even assisted with preparing our offcuts for re-use as small tables, so limiting any waste. ~ andrew l

Thank you Paul and team.. incredible job, exceptional prices, honest and valuable advice keeping customers interests and requirements paramount. Transparent and on time job done for our kitchen. Apologies to keep bothering you with my silly queries, which you patiently replied to. I can vouch they are the best in business in Tyne and Wear. Can’t recommend enough! ~ Pawan J

What a wonderful company to deal with. Traditional Masonry supplied a large granite hearth for our suspended fireplace and kept us informed all along the way with great communication. The fitters were absolutely brilliant, how they got it up two flights of stairs is beyond me? Professional and hassle free service all round. ~ Keith O

We used Traditional Masonary for new Carrara worktops in our kitchen a couple of years ago and because they did such a brilliant job then, we had no hesitation in using them again for a new worktop in our utility room. So we are very happy to report that they've done another great job. Highly recommended! ~ kevin m

The whole process was simple and straight forward. The guys were friendly, helpful and the quartz work surface is beautiful and perfectly cut. I decided, for my own taste to have the top edges buffed a bit more and the guy came out the next day to do it. Great customer service! ~ Carol C
